The Doctor Your Animals Will Love Dr. Russell is the only veterinarian I will take my animals to. She has treated my dogs, cats, rabbits and a variety of other animals I have had over the years. My animals and I love and have total trust in Dr. Russell and her staff. I have been taking my animals to her since the 1980's. I had a dog that needed 5 injections every 6 weeks. I don't know how you can call your vet office "Loving Care"- you sure don't act like you care. I went in to your office 2 months ago when my cat stopped using the litterbox and started spraying. When I came to you for help, you charged me $70 for an office visit and urine sample- according to you the results were "normal with an occasional crystal". I took your word for itand thought it was a behavoriala issue. Now, my cat can't even urinate and he licks his privates every time he tried to urinate. Another vet has to charge ... read more

terrible service I was treated rudely upon arrival, then reminded THREE times that I would have to pay for today's service. Gimmee a break! Plus the doctor does not seem to be on her A game. I paid for a visit with no real diagnosis, kindof just an "wait and see" attitude. If you can't figure it out, give me a break on the bill!!

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They've stayed open past their closing times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I love how much attention to there patients they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. Find an Available Vet I am new to the area looking for a new vet, I called Loving Care to schedule an appt for my dogs but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. On the recording they do not state there days or hours..how do you run a business like this? I have called 3 times I am done will find a vet that is available.....

i love this place dr russell is the best vet that i know of. i have been to a lot of vets and she is the most caring and helping when it comes to my animals. her staff is great they are kind freindly and caring to you and your animals. dont go any where else they are willing and affordable. the groomer her is great i wish that they did clipping but when he gives baths and brushes them it looks like they went to a pro groomer i love this place i wil always take my animals to her she is the best
