Great vet. Great staff. We've found a new home.
Our cat went in for a neuter and when I scheduled the apportionment the lady on the phone asked if I wanted them to trim our cats nails for free while he was in and I said yes after we confirmed it wasn’t to declaw but to just trim them. Then the next day when my wife paid for the remainder of the procedure as I had left a deposit per their policy. They charged us $10 for a nail trim and for me it’s the principle of the matter if they are willing to lie about $10 who knows what else they will lie about or I guess they need t... read more
