This company is THE BEST. We have a complicated system that’s housed in the ceiling.... we’ve had two other HVAC companies come to work on it only to tell us it’s impossible to access. We got so desperate that we actually had a contractor come to cut a temporary hole in the ceiling for one of them. When we found their staff it was like night and day. Fantastic Service & Quality. A joy to work with. Take care of their customers. Installed two full units (AC & heat) in 2018. Have run great. Recently one unit needed start capacitor replaced. They called when going to be slightly late from original quoted time. Fully checked both units while out to insure working properly & enough coolant. 30 days after the start capacitor service, the drain pipe PVC cracked due to an open/close valve being located in a challenging position to operate. This company is our go-to company for HVAC needs. They have come out to our house quite a few times, and there have been several times when they haven't even charged us anything because a fix was very simple. I've never known of a company that would do that, and they have actually done it multiple times for us. We felt bad about them coming out and not charging us anything, and they said if we want we could contribute money to their charity.
