Falsely claimed we put down a lien on their clients property. Not worth your time or money; they do not check anything before sending demands and come off as extremely unprofessional.
Disappointing expierence. I was passed around to different lawyers and felt that no one seemed keen to help despite being reassured otherwise. I spent more time following up for a response than actually discussing the topic that I was reaching out about.
Nicholas was great. Would work with him again; great communicator.
Don't go with this group. They will schedule you for a call just to get the insurance money out of you and then ignore all your emails and messages after that. Scammers and very unprofessional. Robin Barson and Kathryn Wilson are the personnel who ignored me after taking my money. Really, look for other options.
I reached out to Lovik & Juhl to get some advice on a matter earlier this year. I was promptly scheduled for an appointment with Robin B. My wife and I met with her and explained the matter over video chat. She was empathetic, and said she would do some research. She told us that she expected to get back to us within a week, over email. We were sent a contract from the paralegal, which we signed. We never heard from Robin again.
