Horrible workmanship!!! All their work was illegally done, they cut too many corners, didn't last more than 10 years. We've had to completely gut their work and start over! From framing to roofing to plumbing everything! Horrible.
I wish I knew the short cuts and horrible work this builder used. I should have researched the home builders reputation before buying from them. This company takes the check and runs and never takes responsibility for crappy work. Be warned if they are still in business triple check their work or you will pay for their horrible work down the road.
