We have really been loving our experiences with LoveWell. They are kind, on time, and make us feel like our pets are the best in the business. Very happy with our choice to switch to them.
My mini goldendoodle was sick last week with a stomach bug of some sort. I was very concerned as she was repetitively vomiting and having diarrhea. I brought her in unannounced and Ashley at the front desk put my mind at ease with her calm demeanor.Sure enough, they were able to squeeze us in for a visit with Dr. Nicole moments after! I brought my bunny Frank to Lovewell and had such an amazing experience. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and so knowledgeable about rabbit care. They took amazing care of Frank and made me feel completely at ease the entire visit. Everyone was personable and kind, and you can really tell they genuinely care about the animals they see. Just had our first visit with Lovewell, as we just moved here. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our dog, Penny, felt like the top banana. Greeted by the lovely staff, Ashley took good care to check us in & gather any last minute info to make our visit efficient. Doctor Nicole, Katie and intern, Allie, all treated us so nicely, took plenty of time with us, let us ask questions, asked us about our dogs history, etc We look forward to a long relationship with Lovewell! Five paws!!
