I placed an order thinking it was in CAD, asked to cancel it within 5 minutes, but got no response. A few hours later, I tried their online chat and they said they couldn't cancel it because it was already processed. Now I have to wait for it to ship and then return it, even though they still have the item and haven't shipped it yet.
It seems like I am having the same issue like many others here. The subscription is there and placed your order suddenly. But there is no one help to cancel, I like this play kit, bought r he 1st time, 2nd time but I didn’t want to buy the 3rd set, why no hotline to handle the auto subscription problem. Auto payment yes, real time help, no. So disappointed!
Not worth the price. It's just average.
Their website doesn't work! Their customer service is AI chat. No person no phone number. I'm thinking they don't want my money or sell me anything since I can't update my information.
