AWFUL. AI system is beyond stupid. Staff is VERY unhelpful. I asked if they had something over the phone, before taking a trip into town, and they said yes without even checking. They didnt have the item in question. Slow prescriptions and do not take coupons. I will not be upset when this place inevitably fails. They must have changed staff because this place used to be efficient. I will never step foot in here again.
Stopped by with the hope that they would carry Valentine's Day cards... and... winner, winner!! Saved my bacon. 😅 They had a small, but good selection of cards! (As well as cards for other occasions) Great pharmacy!
I live local and would absolutely love to support a local pharmacy. My limited experiences with them have been bad. First they would not accept FSA as a payment so I had to pay out of pocket. Then I came in with questions and somebody at the desk made it very clear that I was bothering her and she would rather just do nothing. The final straw is when I tried to call today to inquire about medication in stock I had to deal with a crappy AI system. I am so grateful that we have this pharmacy in our town. The pharmacist and staff have always gone out of their way to assist me. This was particularly helpful when I was not mobile. Having the pharmacy right in town made things so much easier. A great addition to the Lovettsville Community.
The pharmacist here is extremely condescending and fundamentally unhelpful. When asked questions about why he failed to fill a prescription, he spoke with his back to me, and offered no helpful solutions. After speaking with my physician, it became clear that he was able to fill my prescription by simply rechecking his system. However he seems to be too lazy to bother, which means I have to go longer without my medication than necessary. He offered no semblance of sympathy and was curt, dismissive, and unpleasant.
