These people never return calls or show up total waste of time
Lovetts replaced our pool liner in 2020. It’s always been loose in the channel, but when we called about it they just say push it back in with a screwdriver. With recent flooding Walter got behind the liner where it was loose and our liner floated. We’ve been calling Lovetts weekly since mid-April to come service the liner they installed. I don't understand why these reviews are low. I've had several liner replacements in my oval inground pool over the years and Ed Lovett put in the only one that never ripped.
Walter Lovett is unprofessional and very rude. I recently ordered some pool supplies costing me over $500. The items were incomplete/missing. When I called and asked about it, he tried to resell them to me for more than half the price. When I mentioned Lowe's he went off and said "GO GET IT FROM THEM". I asked to get my money back, he refused and said "HELL NO, I OREDER THEM FOR YOU SO HELL NO!!" and continued to use foul language. He shouldn't even be in business treating people like that.
I'm not sure, they never called me back..
