I had a good experience from start to finish. I left a message saying the pool was a mess it hadn't been used in three years & was more of a frog pond than a pool . Elliott go straight back to me , He turned up on the appointed day nice & early. We discussed options as I was on a bit of a dead line, He worked with me on that and got it all done in time . Elliott recently fitted a vinyl pool liner for us. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable from day one of contacting him. His communication throughout was great and he made the whole process hassle free. He went above and beyond and even agreed to help fit outdoor carpet around the pool for us. We would not hesitate to recommend him and will certainly use his services in the future.
Elliott replaced my pool liner 2 years ago. Over the winter a leak developed which had to be located and repaired. This was carried out in a professional manner and represented good value for money. A job well done. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
I cannot recommend Lovett Pools highly enough. From my first contact, Elliott was incredibly helpful. I needed my in ground indoor swimming pool relining and Elliott moved his bookings to fit the new liner over a weekend. When he arrived he removed the old liner and fittings very quickly only to find that the new liner had not been made correctly. We do appreciate the way that Elliott will always do his best to sort out our problems. From the time we first met him, back when we had underground leaks, through relining and many more items always without any sign of inconvenience.
