First visit was a flop. Waited over 45 minutes to be seen and was told I needed 7 cavities filled and 1 root canal (which was later proven not to have been needed). Was stupid and never got a second opinion. Went back and got root canal. Horrible experience. Dentist went back and forth beteen patients (telling them they needed root canals) and leaving me sitting there. Place sucks from the dr to the front desk
We feel this dentist office is a scam! I have beautiful teeth and was told (my first visit) I would need to come back for EXTENSIVE cleaning ($1,000!). They refused to clean both mine and my husband's teeth today (the same issue for both). This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Think I will wait on the waiting list for my usual dentist. I also was not called back until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, which I arrived twenty minutes early for. Not worth the trouble.
I feared and avoided dentists for years due to bad past experiences! But finding lovett dental was a blessing for me. As soon as I walked in I became the staffs main priority! They made me feel at ease. Dr. Fann preformed a root canal on me and kept me very comfortable. The staff kept coming in to chat with me and ask if I was feeling ok.!!! Victor, Stephanie, and even there office manager made sure I left with a great experience and they succeeded. My past experience is of no worry anymore thanks to the staff and Dr. FANN.!
Rude, Uncaring Office Staff!!!!! I have been going there for about a year now. I have had a crown put on and my teeth cleaned a couple of times. The Dentists are not so bad. Dr. Anderson can be rude if you try and ask him questions. And he dropped the new crown down my throat while trying to put it on. Luckily I coughed it back out without swallowing it!! This place suck! They waited 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to say the dentist is not in. They could have called early. I requested half the day off from work for this appointment. Money doesn't grow on trees. I give them 0 star but had to give 1 as required by rating.
I was VERY unsatisfied with this dental office. My appointment for a basic annual teeth cleaning took over an hour and a half! that is unacceptable for a basic cleaning in my opinion. Also, between getting a basic x-ray done and the cleaning, they made me sit back in the front reception area for over 15 minutes to wait as they tried calling my insurance. After getting my X-rays I was taken to the back sat down in a chair and no one came back for an hour. I asked someone if they knew what was going on and she was so rude and snapped at me telling me she was a doctor and would have to ask an assistant. Almost as if she was too good to just answer a question. Another 20 minutes went by and I asked someone else and she got the dentist and I was finished within 5 minutes. Dentist Amy Tran is the most unfriendly dentist I've ever seen. She doesn't smile, doesn't talk, not even care to explain to you about your teeth or maybe good dental care in general. She cleaned my teeth one time, and the experience was really bad. What shocked me was how rough she could be in doing the job!
