They provide great customer service! It feels good to go to an appointment and actually see familiar faces throughout the office. There are times you go to dental appointments and see nothing but new faces everytime you go, but not at this location. They are friendly and very polite. The hygienist likes to keep the customers laughing, great sense of humor!! I can appreciate a work environment where you can tell the employees enjoy what they do, they operate as a tream and they value their customers.
The front desk lady's are rude, especially in person. My initial visit, they quoted me at $10,000 worth of work to "fix my mouth" which included a bovine-bone graph to "prevent bone loss" in my jaw. I had a root-canal and crown installed for $1,600 and said I'd research the other treatments they thought I needed. I moved shortly after and started seeing a new dentist. Dr Adams is the best doctor in town that you can find. She not only cares about her patients, she does whatever is needed for your comfort. She has an excellent wait time and they Except many forms of insurance. If you ever have a problem she will do what she can to the best of her ability. She had been my dentist for many years, she is the best dentist that I have ever been to.
GREAT COSMETIC DENTIST ! I have gotten dental work in many cities, by many dentists, and THIS DENTIST IS THE BEST EVER !! My work is BEAUTIFUL! The dentist is SUPER GENTLE, AND VERY PATIENT! I was SO extremely afraid to get a root canal, etc. Dr. Doisy-Fann was gentle and made the whole experience pain free and easy. I would certainly recommend her if you are "afraid" of going to the dentist. She's awesome!
i would not take my worst enemy to this place. i took my niece which i feel so bad for doing. she needed her wisdom teeth surgically removed btw she is only 16 a minor. they called us back to a small room where there was a patient next to her and in plain sight where she could see the bloody tools they used on him.then we heard the staff slapping him to wake him up. we also could see every other patient being treated there. the surgeon and staff got nervous when i started asking question about the things going on around us a... read more
