Made an emergency appointment for my 4 year old for today after her crown that Lovett put on in February fell out. The appointment was made a week ago, obviously it wasn’t a priority to them since they made it for a week out at a different location. Got a call at 7 AM that the appointment was cancelled. I’ve been calling for the past 4 hours trying to get a reasonable appointment just to get transferred or told the next appointment isn’t available for another month. I had a root canal started at Lovett, and was charged prior to treatment start. Initially, the staff got me mixed up with another patient and asked if I had taken my medications that day, when I said what medications, she said, “oh you’re not N****”. She then came back with my chart and began working. I was charged for nitrous for the procedure, but it was taken away by the Endodontist after the numbing shots. While on the surface this office appears to be a great place to get your teeth cleaned, it's all a lie. It's absolutely unacceptable. They overcharge and if you aren't careful they could get hundreds of dollars from you even with insurance. Without insurance this is a huge no go. On my first visit, they gave me antibiotic treatment for a tooth that looked infected and I agreed to the price.
