HORRIBLE . I visited with a swollen face to get some prescription to get rid of the pain and infection, instead they gave me a $38 exam that they advertise as FREE, and did not prescribe any meds. When I asked "Don't you have to wait till the infection is gone?" he said "We need to pull the tooth out and it will be $248...(x5)" he kept repeating as I didn't understand the first 4 times. It's more of a business than patient service. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Go to Joliet or Castle Dental across the street instead. Again, horrible s... read more
