I was told about this office by a co-worker. When I called to get an appointment I knew I would feel comfortable there. After talking to Makala and Sara on the phone they were both so comforting and understood my fear. I will never go anywhere else.
I can't even count the number of years I've been going to Conroe location and I've always had good experiences with some great staff members. But... I must say with the recent changes in new staff and the remaining long time staff, Lovett is the best it's ever been. I hope it stays the same for a long, long time!
I referred a family member here & they didn't have such a pleasant visit ... I felt so bad !
Stay away from here. They dont update their files and office staff is rude. Son had appointment for 9am and say almost 2 hours before being seen. The girl behind the desk said we didnt do theroot canal here. Oh, yes we did, 3 weeks ago. Then says they are injecting for temporary. Had that done 3 weeks ago when root canal was done. Here for crown fitting. Ask how much longer it will take, said had 2 more ahead of us. They tried to call twice. Asked them what number they used because I had no missed calls or voicemails. I recommended my daughter take her to the pediatric dentist. He loved it. The girls at the front desk made him feel like a champ!
