I went in 2 days prior to go over pre-op instructions and to make sure they got their money. Paid in full for the procedure. Such an awesome place!! If you want to have a beautiful smile come to this place, they will take care of you! The staff and workers there are so nice and kind. Especially, Henry Dao usually works with me because he is such a friendly and professional dentist. I highly recommend my friends and family to go there.
Made an emergency appointment for my 4 year old for today after her crown that Katy Lovett put on in February fell out. The appointment was made a week ago, obviously it wasn’t a priority to them since they made it for a week out at a different location. Got a call at 7 AM that her 9 AM appointment at the Sugarland location was cancelled. I’ve been calling for the past 4 hours trying to get a reasonable appointment just to get transferred or told the next appointment isn’t available for another month.
