Everyone their truly cares for their patients and their parents. I had a concern with my pup Mia Mae, I called and I got an appointment that same afternoon. Mia Mae actually likes going there. She remembers the staff and that they give her cookies. If Mia Mae is happy then I am very happy. They are very attentive, answer any questions I may have in detail. No surprises. That you for being genuinely caring and supportive!
We signed up for their monthly plan. This includes spay and vaccines for $99 a month. We took our new, previously stray, cat in because of discharge. We thought she might be pregnant or in labor, they did an ultrasound and there were no kittens. They said they wanted to do X-rays to prove there was no kitten bones. They sure like to try to up sale. I am not sure how I feel about them but I rescue a lot of dogs. Have 10 and I need someone I can trust not a sales person.
I adopted my dog Pokey when he was around 3 years old in March of 2017 and immediately realized he was very sick. A coworker recommended this vet and we went, and my dog was eventually diagnosed with disseminated valley fever after testing. I had never heard of it, having moved from the Midwest where it doesn’t exist, and the vets were always very good at explaining what was happening to me.
