Overall everyone is nice. But if I take my fur baby and I trust you with there health and you [the doctor] decide to then say nothing is wrong and want to charge me more for something else that I didn’t even bring up and is false. Doctors for humans do that all the time, generally tend to never return.

Have a sick cat that can't be caught receptionist refused to provide any sedative to allow to handle cat so he could be brought in and treated. Said needed to see cat to proscribe any sedative which obviously is impossible. In other word the don't really care about helping animals. I have another cat they were caring for but I will now be using a vet service that actually cares about pets.

I took my dog in for routine vaccines. They talked me into signing up for their subscription plan ($99 a month but covers any future visits). They told me I would be notified via email before every charge, and given an option to cancel. Fine. First payment came out with no notification whatsoever. So I canceled the service on December 15.
