Brilliant dentists, lovely staff, always welcomed with a smile. And it’s right on the 86 bus route! I was feeling very nervous about having to have two fillings, but the treatment was quick and painless, and the dentist was calm and very welcoming.
Very poor service. No one ever answers the phone, i found the hygienist and the dentists rude and very heavy handed during the appointment. I mentioned the hygienist was hurting me to which she huffed at me and stated “well do you want the injections then.” and continued. I had a night guard made which the quality of is shocking. It has lasted a month which has cracked already. The customer service is not to standard in my opinion and also the establishment looks filthy.
