If you're looking for a welcoming, organised, and professional dental experience—this is definitely not the place. This is the worst dentistry practice in Liverpool. Despite booking well in advance and arriving early, I was left sitting in the waiting room while others were seen ahead of me. Only after I inquired was I casually informed that I "wasn't marked as present" and would need to rebook because my appointment time had been 30 minutes earlier (yes, I know I waited 30 minutes ), ridiculous right ?
