We came in right as the mall was opening on Labor Day Weekend and Nate opened the doors and welcomed us in right away. He was very informative, thorough and kept our interests in mind. We did a lot of research online and glad we actually came into the store to sit on the couches and see the fabric in person. Big thanks again to Nate!
Not sure they have great products but they did not even say hello when I walked in. So, I went with a different brand since no one helped me.
All the associates at Lovesac Tysons Corner showroom are amazing!!! Stop by and experience it for yourself, it will be worth it.
Don't bother getting anything from these guys especially if you have pets, their stuff isn't waterproof. I wanted to buy more replacement foam (60+lbs) and they told me to buy a new insert for 500 dollars. Don't waste your money.
