Stopped in this week to learn about the Lovesac products and to outfit a room. Sarah was awesome—incredibly knowledgable about the product lines, and patient with us as first time customers. Excellent customer service. Will not hesitate to return.

Many thanks to Mads, the sales associate who patiently explained all the options of the sactional sofa to me, a first timer. She was patient and clear and also fun! I ordered my sofa today (from One Loudoun, that’s slightly closer to my home, with equally kind & helpful staff). UPDATE: The delivery service was awful: less than 24 hours notice to be ready to drag dozens of boxes inside, with rain approaching, and that wasn’t the entire shipment needed to complete the sofa.
