Chris at the Vernon Hills location was fantastic! As we prepare for our first, we spent hours visiting different stores and researching couches and are so happy we ultimately decided on a sactional. Chris was incredibly knowledge and was super helpful with regards to ideal configurations, as well as pet and kid friendly fabrics. Never felt an ounce of pressure to make a decision along the way - just someone to ask questions to and provide expertise. Was a great buying experience and would certainly recommend!
