I went into Lovesac to check out some furniture ideas. While there i came across the coziest little Footsac. I hadn't intended to buy anything but after speaking with Jy, a sales associate there i was sold...she was so pleasant and knowledgeable of products while reassuring me of their quality and durability. She seemed genuinely enthusiastic and provided a no-pressure shopping experience that was rather refreshing and informative. Thanks Jy, for this wonderful shopping experience at Lovesac. I'm loving my footsac.
We just purchased our couch from Lovesac and are so incredibly pleased at the service that Jy and Kayce provided. They are both outstanding salespeople! Patient, kind, knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the process. We honestly were not even going to purchase today, but they were just so welcoming and helpful, how could we not?!
