I stopped by the LoveSac store recently just to look around, and Jana was absolutely amazing! Even though I wasn’t buying that day, she took time to answer all my questions, walk me through the options, and made me feel so welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers — LoveSac is lucky to have her!

I stopped by this morning on a whim, after being served a very convincing ad on Instagram. I’ve been in the market for a couch for months and have looked at about every couch out there.
