We had a great experience working with Chase at Lovesac. He took the time to walk us through building our sactional in-store, showing us the different cushion fill options and the choice between straight and angled sides. He also demonstrated how easy it is to assemble and take apart, which gave us a lot of confidence in the purchase. Our sactional arrived in about a month, and assembly took a few hours. I spent $12,000 on a LoveSac couch in August with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 weeks. What followed was months of delays, mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability from customer service. It’s mid January and I still don’t have a full couch. What I learned about LoveSac Customer Service: They make their vendor problems your problems. When my wife looked at me and said, “I hate our couch, I want something more comfortable.” It took one search to see that Lovesac has one of the most interesting products out there. We built our Sactional online and needed to see how it would feel so we made our way to the Edmond location. After 30 minutes, we had our ideal setup built, tested all the infill and covers and, our new couch ordered! The customer service at the edmond location was absolutely amazing! I went in not having a clue about their couches, and left the store convinced to buy one. The space was neatly organized making it a very easy process! I talked to Riley who was a great help. 5/5 service!
