The customer service at the edmond location was absolutely amazing! I went in not having a clue about their couches, and left the store convinced to buy one. The space was neatly organized making it a very easy process! I talked to Riley who was a great help. 5/5 service!
Read the nation wide reviews on this company. They are full of fail nation wide, and Oklahoma is no exception. They are taught “deflect” tactics to hold the sale. Once you are invested in the long wait time and tiring install that you do yourself…you are too deep to back out and re-pack and re-box it all for a full refund. I’ve bought a lot of expensive dumb @!?& in my life but this takes the cake!!!
My husband and I went in yesterday to look around and walked out with a new couch purchase. Riley and Theo were so helpful in all our million questions. Riley created multiple options for us and finally we found the perfect set up for us. They made couch shopping fun and exciting. I can’t wait to get our new couch!! I’m pretty sure I’ll be back for a blanket and possibly another chair, the taco, aka the peapod.
Shopping for an investment like good quality furniture can be so intimidating. When I went into Lovesac in Edmond, I was kindly greeted and shown around the store so promptly and efficiently!
