1st time in a lovesac store and it was an awesome experience. Our customer service person, Kylie, was so very knowledgeable and helpful! We bought because our daughter and son in law have had a lovesac for years with 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids and it has held up beautifully coupled with the amazing store experience it was a no brainier.
Very knowledgeable salesperson who explained the whole process of ordering. Great selection of sample fabrics.
