Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Ready to help us and explain how it all worked and what the options where. I appreciated that they gave us space as well and everything way low pressure. Didn't feel salesy
I remember as a teen looking for a chair, I sat on one and they kicked me out at moa. Apparently teens loitering is an issue, well I bought a gaming chair instead.
It's fine. Went here with my wife who wanted to show me in person how awesome these ridiculously expensive couches are. 2 staff on duty. Not even one got up, both said hi and that's it. I mean... I don't like high pressure sales but if I'm gonna spend 7 grand on a couch that's worth 3, 4k max... I'd appreciate some knowledge and service. But I digress. Will probably buy from Pottery Barn instead. 7k gets full leather and while I can't put speakers in the headrest, I can look darn classy anyway.
