My wife and I went to the Crocker Park store on a Sunday morning and were greeted by a friendly sales associate named Turner. He walked us through all the options, given our living room size and constraints, and helped us pick out the perfect couch. He was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff all seemed cheerful and not pushy with other customers in the store. Of course, I messed up and ordered online when I was supposed to call so the store could get credit and I felt terrible!
