He never made us feel pressured to buy or add on anything — instead, he provided honest guidance and helped us thoughtfully consider colors, materials, and configurations. Amazing experiences at the Westlake store. If you're looking for pushy sales people that swoop on you when you walk in the door, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a place that makes you feel welcome, it doesn't get better than this. Go in, plop down on a couch , flop down on a pillow sac/super sac and feel the quality. Ask as many questions as you want, they are there to educate. This is not throwaway furniture, it is built for the long haul.
