Bought a sactional 3 years ago and am very disappointed in it. It has not held up well, the overpriced covers have wear and significant fading. The storage ottoman uses Velcro and has a very poor design. The cushions never seem to fit right with any configuration. The standard cushions are firm and not very comfortable, but the lovesoft fill makes the couch look messy and crumpled. Definitely not worth the money.
Couches and beanbags are comfy but this name is just gross
I worked very closely with Mike from Lovesac located in Rochester hills. He helped build the configuration and was so patient with me while I was picking colors for the couch. Even after the delivery was done, Mike stayed in touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed in order to set up our couches and our surround sound system. Amazing customer service.
Was looking at different couches online and my wife wanted to check out the Lovesac. This was a delight compared to other furniture stores and the 2 people working were very helpful and we ended up purchasing a new couch. Highly recommend!
