Great experience with showroom staff at Corte Madera to learn if this is the right system for me and purchasing the sactional. As someone who mostly shops online, working in person was worth the drive to a nearby store.
The rival of the boxes were overwhelming. FedEx driver just dropped them over the gate didn't even bring them to my door. Definitely takes at least two people to help you. Assembling the set 1 hours. Installation of the surround system almost 1 hours hard time and download of the system. Hard work but well worth it I love the couch and the surround system. A couple of my neighbors stop by to enjoy the system.
Received wonderful customer service from Chris and the team. I had many questions that they were able to answer easily. The entire process was extremely smooth and painless.
