Have had the original small lovesac for 13 years. Have probably been in all of stores in the DMV. Walked in and said to my wife we are not buying a couch today... we failed. Sharleta and the staff were the best.

Amazing experience with Elijah. He walked us through every piece of furniture onsite and explained everything in detail. He was extremely helpful, informative, and amazing customer service. I came interested in purchasing one thing, and left with someone else. Very pleasant experience!!

I called this location less than an hour before close. Eli answered the phone and I asked him a question about how to turn my two couches into a sectional. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and on top of it, he was also funny! Thank you so much for helping me and being such a star employee!
