Patty was absolutely incredible to work with! She made picking out everything so easy and efficient. We honestly couldn't have done it without her!
What a great experience. So happy can't wait for couch. Pretty sure it'll be great, but the people at Wash Sq. Lovesac are awesome.
The store experience was fine, I just cannot recommend anyone get a sofa from this company, especially the ones with speakers built in. They don't offer service for the speakers and when they stop working like mine did within a year of purchase you are completely on your own in terms of fixing it.
