Had a great experience with Esther at Lovesac. I gave her a call to ask a few questions about their in-stock covers, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect cover and once I have the chance to come in I’ll definitely be ordering a Lovesac cover through her. Highly recommend reaching out to Esther if you need assistance!
If I could give less stars I would. Steve the manager is an incompetent person who cannot even begin to understand customer service. Their chairs are an absolute joke and super over priced. The two I bought from them felt like bricks after weeks of ‘airing and fluffing’. The return policy is the most unfriendly, difficult experience ever. Not only do they take a weeks to ship you return packaging. They also expect you to reshrink the items in vacuum sealed bags that DO NOT work. Small store. You can look at swatches which is nice. Don’t bother using the reps for much since they’ll require your number and will sign you up for spam newsletters and text messages. I even denied giving my number, but was lied to by Steve that I would not receive any marketing communications. I won’t be back.
We purchased a sactional today and are extremely happy with the experience we had. Steve the associate was wonderful , very helpful , knowledgeable and patient!
