Its a little late writing this after receiving our couch but I have to say, it's worth the price and assembling. The ladies at the Columbia mall location were soo helpful and informative. My husband and I couldn't be happier.
We walked into this store to peruse for fun because we'd always been curious about the brand. Bryce was the associate who helped us and now we're planning to follow-up for a purchase in the coming months. And to top it all off, I left my phone on the armrest of one of the sofas we tried and Bryce chased me halfway down the mall to make sure I got it back. Overall a wonderful experience without the pressure sale.
It's hard to overstate the praise this team deserves. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive—striking the perfect balance between being helpful and never overbearing. Kate the cat lover was my initial store representative on my first visit. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very matter-of-fact and knowledge based with her sales "pitch", although it didn't feel like a sales pitch; which, for someone who is a 100% commissioned sales representative themselves, is a compliment.
