So far it’s horrible. Representative at store was unable to complete order correctly. Now stuck in some sort of spiral. Every time someone tries to fix it it gets worse and more delayed. Should have just ordered online myself.
Its a little late writing this after receiving our couch but I have to say, it's worth the price and assembling. The ladies at the Columbia mall location were soo helpful and informative. My husband and I couldn't be happier.
We walked into this store to peruse for fun because we'd always been curious about the brand. Bryce was the associate who helped us and now we're planning to follow-up for a purchase in the coming months. And to top it all off, I left my phone on the armrest of one of the sofas we tried and Bryce chased me halfway down the mall to make sure I got it back. Overall a wonderful experience without the pressure sale.
