Kate the cat lover was my initial store representative on my first visit. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is very matter-of-fact and knowledge based with her sales "pitch", although it didn't feel like a sales pitch; which, for someone who is a 100% commissioned sales representative themselves, is a compliment. I don't even have the couch yet, this review is for the store in Columbia Mall. David was an amazing salesperson. He knew everything we could ever want to know about LoveSac. We did research online before going to the store to try them out. He made sure we were informed and applied no pressure whatsoever. LoveSac HQ needs him in their marketing and sales training department. Because of him, I'll go back and buy another LoveSac product! Thanks for the great service David!
Ok, but everything is way overpriced, especially for furniture that is very basic. The stores literally have nothing in stock, so you have to navigate a non-user friendly website and wait weeks to purchase anything.
