Olivia was a really patient salesperson. She listened to all of my wife and I's requests and made a decent piece of furniture for us. Our deal fell apart when we found out what it cost, then the fact it is made overseas and the delivery company brings it to you, and the customer has to bring it in and set it up. Sorry. Nope.
My husband and I ordered a LoveSac on the 6th of June. We specifically chose a fabric they considered “quick ship”. We were told it takes a week to two week lead time for the order to ship. A couple days shy of two weeks, we decided to call the store to check the status. We were informed that the fabric is now on back order and it might take another 6 to 8 weeks for the couch to ship. We were so frustrated that we were not contacted by the store, or the warehouse, or any LoveSac department that we would have to wait that muc... read more
