Waiting for many covers to come in. I made this issue known weeks ago. It was bit of an issue getting updates on delivery and communication. update: Staff and district manager and manger assisted with the situation and heard me out. They made the corrections. I would buy from them again.
Horrible customer service will promise a delivery date and fail to meet it and not give updates. I asked how it would be shipped. Seeing was already passed the promised delivery date and they told me ground. I said why wouldn’t y’all ship it airfreight seeing it’s already passed a promised delivery date. After owning my Lovesac sactional for a couple of months, I am pleased to say it was the right choice for my family! I have the great team at the Baybrook Mall location to thank for making our experience so positive. Kaylyn was an absolute superstar and is a big reason we chose to order directly from the store. Olivia was a really patient salesperson. She listened to all of my wife and I's requests and made a decent piece of furniture for us. Our deal fell apart when we found out what it cost, then the fact it is made overseas and the delivery company brings it to you, and the customer has to bring it in and set it up. Sorry. Nope.
