So I bought a lovesac and decided to get a bigger one due to trial. They sent me a shrink kit and a bag that is way too small for the entire thing to fit. The shrink kit is trash and all it keeps doing is getting clogged in the plastic to prevent it from shrinking. How the heck are we supposed to fit it.
I had the pleasure to work with Jasmine at the Short Hill location. I purchased a Lovesac Sactional online and decided to get another for my rental property. I ended up going in person this time around due to some delays with the Lovesac support email. As soon as I arrived, Jasmine was speedy to help and make sure I was happy with my purchase. Omg cute but hella pricy
We went into Lovesac looking to purchase a couch and had a great experience with Anthony. He took the time to explain all details to us and made sure we knew what to buy. It was an extremely seamless experience. I highly recommend visiting him in the Short Hills mall.
