We walked into Lovesac at Bishop Ranch fully committed to upgrading our couch but with zero clue on size, configuration, or color. Enter: our sales associate, who completely saved the day. She was amazing, kind, patient, stylish (seriously, she looked so cute), and knew exactly what she was doing. She walked us through everything without any pressure, and at some point we just said, “okay, we trust you,” and let her take the lead. Best decision we could’ve made. Purchased a blanket online and duplicated my wife’s purchase. I attempted to return the blanket to the store and was told they will not take it. Returned through mail and still have not received refund. I’ve attempted to contact the company multiple times without result. Now, I’m told it will be another 10-19 days for any refund. It has been over a month. I regret ever dealing with this company. What a nightmare!

Store decided to close early on 2 January, under the excuse of ‘holiday hours’. we drove all the way from Fremont, battled the usual painful mall parking and we were bluntly told ‘we’re closed’ because we walked in at 6:05 Their loss, we got a lot of other places we can buy our sofa set from

It was so easy and comfortable to fall into a conversation with both Nina and Kylie at this location, and Nina had a lot of similar interests with me that I was able to ask her about the furniture in certain situations we'd find ourselves in. I wasn't able to buy anything that day, and it's a bucket list item so it'll be a minute before we can think about grabbing a Sactional, but it was such a lovely experience. We'll be going back to them.
