Sam was an amazing salesperson, we were shockingly surprised that lovesac ended up being one of the most fun stores to visit
We liked the sales people at this Lovesac store in the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. They seemed genuinely friendly and were not too pushy. The Lovesac furniture itself had cool features and were, to some extent, customizable. We try to buy American made whenever we can and unfortunately their products are not -or at least back we went went into this location.
We love our new lovesac but we knew we would. What we didn't expect was the amazing staff who then made it an amazing experience. For more than a month, Kit had been working with us through so many questions and back n forth thinking (Sorry Kit!!). She even remembered my wife and I 2 weeks on from our first walk in, immediately picking up where we left off. Kit knows her lovesacs and perfectly curated our couch to a T, not missing a piece or mismatched any options to which there are hundreds to get wrong by mistake. Even aft... read more
