We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lovesac this morning. Easiest furniture buying experience ever. Sat down, said “yup, this is SUPER comfy,” spent a few minutes chatting about configurations, fabric choices, and accessories, and we were on our way. Probably took 30 minutes tops, and most of that was me deciding whether I can live without the deep seat configuration. Looking forward to our new sactional arriving in a couple of weeks!

While on a trip in back in October, I was visiting Mall of America and I’ve always been interested in the couches this company offers and there isn’t a showroom near me So I thought I would check out the physical store before deciding this was the couch I wanted to go with when I purchase a house. I literally took two steps into the store before the employees looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look as if I was a teenager coming to lounge around and bother them or like I Didn’t have enough money or something.
