Very disappointing experience. In my opinion, they are not honest about the work being done and waste a lot of time just walking around without actually getting anything accomplished. There is a night-shift employee named Mateo, and based on what I personally observed, I would not want him working on my truck again. He moves extremely slowly, spends a lot of time walking around doing nothing productive, and a simple job can take hours. At this pace, even changing one tire could turn into a six-hour job.
