Place overall awesome showers are clean and truck care need a raise these guys are awesome they work together to get things done need to remodel truck care so they can actually do there job properly in the winter.
SLOW SERVICE. Waited over four hours for a jump and still waiting. And I’m in their parking lot. They don’t care about anybody’s time at all.
I am writing this review to help drivers like me who is trying to work hard to make living, if you have small problems in your truck like replacing tires or brakes, i don’t recommend this shop, rude people who don’t care about your time, have no knowledge in mechanics, from my experience i am here since 10 am and now it’s 4 pm waiting for my turn just for patching tire, very horrible experience
“I came to this shop to replace a tire. The supervisor immediately refused to order one for me, didn’t help me find an alternative, and when I found a tire myself, he spoke to me very rudely. He asked about the brand and where I bought it, as if that should determine whether he would provide service or not. In the end, he refused to replace it. His attitude is unprofessional, he talks to customers in a loud and disrespectful manner. With a supervisor like this, the shop cannot succeed. I will never return and I do not recomm... read more
