Best loves for a repair or break down. Jake in the office was totally honest and gave me a time and it was spot on. I needed 2 trailer tires looked at and it was in and out in under 3hrs.. highly recommend if you are in the charleston TN area!!!
Shower smelled nasty upon door opening, shower head was broken and left there, so shower was making me mad, nasty shower water kept coming back out of sewer. Shower #3, n Im pissed
Employees were very kind and smiling. Five star for them. But this truck stop is not very new, the layout is weird. You have to climb up/down some stairs (which seems like built by some unprofessional construction company) to get to the showers etc. It feels risky in freezing temperatures. Shower was so tiny, tight and old and directly across the shopping area, you can barely move around and have to be careful not to make any noise while using the restroom And the water temperature was barely warm🥴
