Liars!!!!! They told us the wait time would be 2 hours, but it ended up taking 5 hours just to get us in. The guy was very rude, didn't want to speak with us, and even hung up on us over the phone.

Been here since 8:30 am just to get a tire done . This place is a joke . It’s literally 3:00pm dude still having finished and they called me at 2:00pm to back into a space . I have spare tire as well . They have more then enough mechanics here and nobody seem to be enjoying getting the driver out of here . A waste of time . I literally picked up my load and they were faster then loves getting me in to fix my tire . Please don’t bother coming here for any work unless u want to wait all day !

24 min punp 22 15 of which for 11.5 gal of def... tried to leave blocked by double parking bobtails in front on the lanes, then there is the stupidity of putting exit sign at Moores Chapel Rd when the road is impassable and isnt the direct route 1.7 mi off 485. Has to be the worse loves or one off in the network seriously Wayyyyy to small for volume Complained about neing blocked in "weve made announcements" best announcement is the tow truck picking up the front end. Can you please get with the state or whoever has the ability to remove that exit 12 sign to get to your loves. Stupid exit to take.

Needed pm and new steer rim. 3 hour wait with an afternoon check in. 3 hours to do both jobs. That's relatively quick in my experience with Love's truck care. They get right to work once you pull in. The parking lot is one of the most crowded I've visited but I would go back because of the good mechanics and their quality of service.
