Very unprofessional team and terrible service. I came in just to install my spare tire, but it turned out my spare was no good. The staff convinced me to buy a new tire, saying they had the right one in stock — a Michelin. It was very expensive for a step deck trailer ($840), but I agreed because they assured me it was the correct tire for my trailer. We took a trip down to Daytona last week for the race. On the way back we had a tire loose air rapidly. Stopped here to have it checked. Had what I believed to be the manager/shift leader come out to check it. He was very helpful and suggested we pull the tire off the rim as it had debeeded. Took a little while to get me in the door but once in, they did a great job getting me out the door. This made me feel better as some of these places hate working on motorhome tires for some reason. Stopped here for pm and grease job. Went to my parking spot and got out to check grease fittings. King pin bushings were not greased. Neither was the drive shaft u joints. When I showed it to the guy in the office he said they did not have a pit to get under truck! He said the mechanic that did the job was on a service call I would have to wait to get it redone! 2hr later still no call My thing is why you charge me for a grease job then tell me you don't have a pit to get under the truck so you can't get to the u joints.
