The techs here are so freaking sorry they walk around and dont do nothing milking thencompanies money it has not been a time i have come here and needed service no one in the bay might i add and they tell me its 11 hour wait one tech just went to get something to drink its a box truck in bay loves really need to monitor their payroll better cause these employess is enjoying the the labor for free
Extremely poor service and total lack of urgency. The technician spent roughly 40 minutes just walking around my truck doing nothing. Even after I kindly asked about the wait time and explained I was on a schedule, they showed zero concern. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else
