JD was friendly and went the extra mile to adjust the pin on my tandems
I have to give them three stars because even though they did finish our truck on a on a Sunday we checked in early afternoon, probably before noon on Saturday. With enough time for them to do our tires they told us in probably a couple hours. Wait time ended up being 18 hours total because they closed the shop. Didn't let anybody know what was going on while people were still in line. No phone call, no communication whatsoever
