Like Mike D stated it must be hit or miss, I’ve been here several times , might be a little wait, but in and out, on this adventure the Manager got his hands dirty changing out 4 old for new batteries, you don’t find too many manager that still help out in the shop. This location is older and smaller so what do you expect, Karen’s n Kevin’s are going to complain that’s their style, never happy. DIY yourself if you needed it yesterday!!! You expect a wait at a dealership, so why not here.

These people say the wait time is 1h and make you wait for 3hours. At the same telling me and the driver different info making confusion
