I wish I could give zero star! The lady was rude and unprofessional. My company called for road side assitance to their shop in Siloam Spring. They transferred the called to this shop and never informed either me or my company that they are coming from Neosho, MO. I was so close to their store in West Siloam. They took hours and hours to reach and when the mechanic reached, she had no diagnosing tool and no idea about the issue with the truck!
