Customer service at store needs attitude adjustments not a friendly place
Arrived at 3 pm. Had to wait 30 minutes for the shift change. A little excessive but no big deal. But then it took another 3.5 hours for a basic oil change. Just ridiculous. I only stopped here because there was no wait time. Now I know why.
