Useless and careless truck care shop! Been told at the desk 2-3 hours wait time, been siting there for a 6 hours before i found Rodriguez Tires less than a couple miles away drove there they took care of my 2 trailer tires in less than one hour. By the way it’s been 7 th hour I’m still waiting for the call from a shop front desk really unprofessional!!! all they doing saying that you can wait… well guess what
Had a brake chamber go out and made it here to this loves. Checked in and in bout two and half hours got called to pull around and a mechanic named Marvin came and checked each one, found the one with a bad diaphragm, replaced it in a timely manner and showed me what happened and caused it and had no problems answering questions and he was very professional. So five stars to him and the crew in hand today
