7 hours and counting for a DOT inspection Lacking workers but keeps getting customers in. leaving my truck sitting there pulled to bay to wait 4 hours to open the hood and do a walk around then back in the office. Would be great to get the job done to keep customers coming. Got two guys here looking at the same computer instead of one working outside the other one billing or whatever the case may be. Wasted a whole day for a simple dot inspection. Gotta do better. This people don’t like to work.

Useless and careless truck care shop! Been told at the desk 2-3 hours wait time, been siting there for a 6 hours before i found Rodriguez Tires less than a couple miles away drove there they took care of my 2 trailer tires in less than one hour. By the way it’s been 7 th hour I’m still waiting for the call from a shop front desk really unprofessional!!! all they doing saying that you can wait… well guess what
