Took a truck for an oil, fuel, and water separator change. Mechanic changing fuel/water separator forgot to do the gasket. The truck would barely start and then die within seconds... Not a biggie, mistakes happen. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in about half an hour. In the process-forgetting to put my fuel tank cap back on after bypassing the tank during diagnostics.
