Called this location for road service with a broken clamp on radiator hose and lost all of my coolant. The tech showed up within an hour with all needed supplies and parts. Was on my way shortly after.
We came at 4 PM for an oil change and waited for hours. There were four employees on site, but nobody helped us or called us back like they promised. By 8 PM the shop was closed without any explanation or apology. This is pure negligence and terrible customer service. I have no idea how this business is even running like this.
