This would be my third visit to this repair shop over approximately three maybe four years. Every time I've been here the shop personnel have been very prompt and efficient. Today I needed a tire replacement due to a nail close to the sidewall. The mechanic Keenan was very polite and efficient as well. He kept me informed on timing of repairs prior to mine so I could catch a shower while waiting. I also noticed him double checking his work which instilled confidence in his repairs. This is the worst service in the whole country.
Awful, a complete waste of time. They should take their work more seriously; time is money. And their useless employees are costing them money.
